At Hazard Lights Towing and Recovery we offer year round storage lots for smoky lake county. We offer monthly or yearly storage rental contracts. Impounds & Seizures- As a towing company, we are often called out to pick up vehicles that have been seized or impounded. If you have had your vehicle impounded in smoky lake or surrounding counties your vehicle may be stored on our impound lot. Please call the seizing authority to inquire about which tow company has been called to tow your vehicle. If Hazard Lights Towing and Recovery is the impounding tow yard for your vehicle please call us at 780-656-5506 to recieve any information regarding the tow and impound and any accumulated fees from this service. Impounds may occur in any of the following situations- 1) a police officer has seized your vehicle, typical police Seizures are for 30-60 days. Please call us to learn your vehicles release date. 2) you have parked in an unauthorized parking space (I.e, a tow away zone) in these cases the business owner has the authority to call a tow truck to remove your vehicle from their property. 3) insurance payments have failed to be met and insurance companies have requested a vehicle repossession. 4). A county official has found your vehicle abandoned or illegally parking in their county.

In these cases all tow and impound storage fees fall solely on the Registered owner of the vehicle. All fees must be paid in full before vehicle release. If your vehicle has been impounded at our lot, please call us to recieve the required releasal forms to be informed of payments due and to learn about any mandatory requirements and documentation needed in order to have a vehicle released to you.
